CRC operates under the understanding that housing is not an option;
it is a right for all. Without housing it is almost impossible to
live out one's goals. It is with this understanding that we
operate:
- Rooming Houses - the most affordable
kind of housing.
- Step Up - a transitional housing program
that provides stable housing, support and training to homeless
individuals desiring to re-enter the workforce.
- Toronto Social Housing Connections Site -
where people can apply for social housing across Toronto.
- Rooms Registry - a weekly listing of truly affordable housing in the private
market.
- Project Connect - a project that works closely with rooming house landlords, tenants, homeowners and other agencies with the goal of improving and increasing Toronto's rooming house stock.
